The Personal Details page allows you to manage your individual account information, security settings, and active login sessions.
This section displays your core account information and provides options to update it.
- Edit – Opens the profile edit form
- Delete – Permanently deletes your user account
⚠️ Note: Deleting your account may affect access to the workspace, depending on your role.

| Name | Your full name displayed across ChaChing. |
| Your login email address. Used for authentication and notifications. | |
| Password | Hidden for security. Can be changed via the edit flow. |
| Language | Your preferred interface language. Chaching currently supports English only. |
When you click Edit, you can:
- Update your name and email
- Change your password
Changes take effect immediately after saving.
The Language field controls the UI language for your ChaChing dashboard.
Current value example:
- English (US)
You can change the language at any time without affecting other users in the workspace (Chaching currently supports English only.).
This section shows your recent and active login sessions for security visibility.
Each session entry includes:

| Last Active | When the session was last used (e.g., about 23 hours ago). |
| Location | Country code where the login originated (e.g., US). |
| Browser & OS | Browser and operating system used (e.g., Chrome – Windows). |
| IP Address | IP address associated with the session. |
Reviewing login sessions helps you:
- Detect unusual or unauthorized access
- Verify your recent activity
- Maintain account security
If you notice unfamiliar activity, it’s recommended to change your password immediately.
