# Personal Details

The **Personal Details** page allows you to manage your individual account information, security settings, and active login sessions.

## Profile Details

This section displays your core account information and provides options to update it.

### Available Actions

- **Edit** – Opens the profile edit form
- **Delete** – Permanently deletes your user account


⚠️ **Note:** Deleting your account may affect access to the workspace, depending on your role.

### Profile Information

| **Field** | **Description** |
|  --- | --- |
| **Name** | Your full name displayed across ChaChing. |
| **Email** | Your login email address. Used for authentication and notifications. |
| **Password** | Hidden for security. Can be changed via the edit flow. |
| **Language** | Your preferred interface language. Chaching currently supports English only. |


### Edit Profile

When you click **Edit**, you can:

- Update your name and email
- Change your password


Changes take effect immediately after saving.

### Language Settings

The **Language** field controls the UI language for your ChaChing dashboard.

**Current value example:**

- English (US)


You can change the language at any time without affecting other users in the workspace (Chaching currently supports English only.).

## Login Sessions

This section shows your recent and active login sessions for security visibility.

### Session Details Displayed

Each session entry includes:

| **Field** | **Description** |
|  --- | --- |
| **Last Active** | When the session was last used (e.g., *about 23 hours ago*). |
| **Location** | Country code where the login originated (e.g., US). |
| **Browser & OS** | Browser and operating system used (e.g., Chrome – Windows). |
| **IP Address** | IP address associated with the session. |


### Why This Matters

Reviewing login sessions helps you:

- Detect unusual or unauthorized access
- Verify your recent activity
- Maintain account security


If you notice unfamiliar activity, it’s recommended to change your password immediately.
